Why This course?
Often times there is a giant disconnect between the novice lifter and formal class.
It is my goal to help bridge the gap between an athlete that has never touched a barbell, and an athlete that can move light to moderate weight with proficiency and with safety.
I want the athlete to be better prepared to handle lifting heavy loads without the need for one-on-one guidance once the athlete arrives to class. You can refer back to these videos on a regular basis to constantly analyze the lifts and compare your techniques to the techniques depicted in the video tutorials.
