This course utilizes video tutorials with both verbal instructions and slow motion video to help you understand these lifts as well as help you understand the complexities to are associated with olympic lifting. Work your way through the lectures and videos and have some fun learning how to lift heavy.
Why This course?
Often times there is a giant disconnect between the novice lifter and formal class.
It is my goal to help bridge the gap between an athlete that has never touched a barbell, and an athlete that can move light to moderate weight with proficiency and with safety.
I want the athlete to be better prepared to handle lifting heavy loads without the need for one-on-one guidance once the athlete arrives to class. You can refer back to these videos on a regular basis to constantly analyze the lifts and compare your techniques to the techniques depicted in the video tutorials.
